If you would like to receive a copy of your year-to-date giving statement, please contact Jim Haynie via email or phone to request one. Please indicate whether you would like your giving statement mailed or emailed to you.
It’s time for Thanksgiving and Christmas Food Baskets. There are three choices to contribute to this local outreach project. Please sign up on the lists in the Fellowship Hall. You can select to provide: 1. A complete meal (take a bag and fill with the contents on the list; 2. Donate money for perishables including the turkey and ham; 3. Donate food for the holiday break. Please be mindful of expiration dates.
The Food Closet for children in the Virginia Beach City Public Schools has a continual need throughout the school year. This local mission outreach provides Socials Workers with the food to meet the emergency needs of children and their families. The necessary non-perishables are: macaroni & cheese, spaghetti noodles & sauce, canned beans, chili, soup, crackers, Chef Boyardee canned products, canned fruit, canned vegetables, bottled juice, boxed cereal, and powered milk. There is a box in the Fellowship Hall to collect the goods.
Coffee & Conversation meets at 10 a.m. and ends by noon. This is a great time for Christian fellowship.
