 Sunday Sermon Series

Be an Agent of Change!

The body of Christ is richly diverse, much wider than our own little circle. How do we engage in love with those who hold divergent thoughts?  How do we learn to live a 'quiet' life rather than be lured into the attention-grabbing world social media demands? How can we embody Jesus' love if we haven't learned to forgive? How do we let go of the cynicism that pervades our culture?

In July we'll learn to love our 'glorious mess' as we "Set our minds on things above, not on earthly things." (Colossians 3:2).    Don't miss a Sunday!

Yarn for Caps

Remember that great plan you had to knit caps, scarves, sweaters, etc for all your family?  How did that work out?  If you have a stash of yarn, here's a chance to put it to good use.  OR if you're a knitter (or would like to learn how), here's a chance!

Dotty is knitting caps for the Seamen's Society and will take that yarn off your hands OR share a simple pattern so you can knit caps.  (Recently 70 caps were delivered!)    Questions?  Contact Dotty or the church office.
