Sundays @ Wycliffe
Something for everyone this fall at Wycliffe! Adults open to exploring "The Character of God" will want to be part of this class led by Pastor Bugg and Bob Prestridge. (and nursery is available).
PreK-4s through 5th graders will join parents in worship for the opening minutes of worship and "Children's Time with the Pastors," then head on to Sunday School, and Middle-High's have their time for Bible study after worship while parents are enjoying coffee/chat time in the fellowship hall.

Fall Festival
Celebrate the season at Wycilffe's annual Fall Festival on Sunday, October 11, immediately following the worship service! You'll find plenty to do and see with games, food, activities and live music.
It's a great time to invite your friends & neighbors!

Women's Bible Study
Beginning September 24, enjoy great fellowship with lots to learn as Pastor Gilliam leads the Women's Fall Bible Study each Thursday evening at 7:00pm. The focus is the Old Testament book of "Joshua," and the story of Israel's leader after the death of Moses. (and a great prep for the November trip to see the play "Joshua" at the PA's Sight & Sound Theater!)

Holiday Meals
Wycliffe's Christian Mission & Service team are working with VB Social Services to identify families who will benefit from meal assistance this Thanksgiving and Christmas. Be part of this good deed!
Please provide the items on this LIST and note the due dates. Cash donations are also welcome & will support grocery gift cards so families can select their own perishables or food-favorites.

Prayers for Our Little Critters
Blessing of the Animals
Blessing the animals in our family is a long tradition at Wycliffe, and this year our aim is to make sure ALL our pets - even those who can't (or don't like to) travel will receive a special blessing, too.
As part of worship on Sunday, October 11, we invite all to share the NAME of their pet which will be remembered in prayers and blessed as part of the service. To be clear - leave the pet at home - and add their name to the list in the narthex that morning, or share with the office in advance.

Here's the perfect opportunity for you to make a difference! Join the merry band of rotating Sunday School teachers who help our children learn about God's love. Easy training, all curriculum & materials are provided. You just bring the love!

Flowers for Sunday Worship
Flower Sign-Up
Share the celebration of a birthday, anniversary or other special day, or honor the memory of a loved one by donating Sunday's sanctuary flowers.
Select your date, include the details you'd like in the worship guide and after the service concludes that day you're welcome to take the flowers home to enjoy, or designate them to be taken to an ill or homebound church member.
The cost is $55 and you can drop a check in the Sunday basket (indicate 'flowers' in the memo line) or pay through the "Give" link at the top of the webpage.
